Are you a man who has experienced a cancer diagnosis?

Macmillan Support Centre at Altnagelvin is working with our Health Improvement Department and Men’s Action Network (MAN) to develop a resource to support men impacted by cancer.

We want to hear about your experience of diagnosis, treatment and living with and beyond cancer.  What support was helpful and what could we do better around information & support services?  Join Michael from MAN for an informal chat over a cup of tea at one or all of the drop in sessions taking place during March.  No need to book.

Macmillan Support Centre is also inviting men who have experienced a cancer diagnosis to a series of art workshops during March to help create a striking exterior installation for the entrance of the Centre using recycled metals.  These workshops have been funded by the Strategic Planning and Performance Group (SPPG) of the Department of Health.  Please see information attached.

To register your interest, please contact the Macmillan Support Centre on 028 7161 1272 or HWB.Campus@westerntrust.hscni.net
