Visiting Time Safety Procedure

You will be met at the ward entrance door by a member of staff and accompanied to the family room. Lockers are available to store your belonging (e.g. handbags and coats and loose items).

To ensure the safety of our patients and that prohibited item guidelines are adhered to, a search using a scanner will be conducted for each visitor before entering the ward. Items that you bring to the ward for your loved one will be checked by a member of staff. Any prohibited items found will be returned to you when you are leaving.

Children visiting the ward must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times and use the family room.
