The Western Trust employs approximately 12,000 staff making us the largest employer in the geography, which includes the council areas of Limavady, Londonderry, Strabane, Omagh and Fermanagh. We provide a range of services including acute hospital services, mental health, learning disability and physical disability services, social care and primary and community care services. Please note that all work experience opportunities, placements, workshops and open days for post-primary and FE College students have been postponed. This postponement will remain in place until 31st March 2021 when it will be reviewed. View the ‘Careers Information’ Tab below for information and resources.
