Director of Community and Older People's Services
Dr O’ Neill has been Director of Community and Older People Services since 1 November 2023.
From February 2017, she held the position of Assistant Director of Performance and Service Improvement, and previously, for 10 years was Head of Health and Wellbeing, Equality and Involvement.
Maura is a Dietitian. She holds a Doctorate in Biomedical Sciences, undertaking this clinical research across 5 European countries, awarded from Ulster University in September 1997. Maura also holds a Masters in Leadership and Quality Improvement sponsored by the Health Foundation in 2020.
Maura is married with 3 children.
