I have worked as an Occupational Therapist for over 20 years and specialise in working with children and Young People (YP). I am passionate about helping children/YP and families be able to participate in everyday activities especially in supporting sensory processing differences and regulation. Outside work, I love to spend time with my family and friends, enjoy exercising and travel.
Hello, my name is Sarah McElholm and I am the Early Intervention Service Lead. I have worked for many years in Core Speech and Language Services as well as in our C&YP’s Autism Diagnostic team. I am so proud to lead this very passionate and special team within the Autism Service and we are very fortunate to meet families right at the beginning of their journey. We are here to reassure families that together with them, we will find the right support for them as they navigate their journey within the Autism Service. At home, I love to spend time with my family, practice Yoga and explore the lovely parks and beaches not far from where I live.
