The countdown is on to this year’s Regional campaign connecting World Suicide Prevention Day on the 10th September to World Mental Health Day on 10th October 2025. The five Health and Social Care Trusts in Northern Ireland alongside the Public Health Agency (PHA) and Northern Ireland Ambulance Service (NIAS) have worked in partnership to develop a campaign called ‘Look After Your Mental Health’.
Training is available across the Western Trust area – Click here to view the brochure
Over the 4 weeks the campaign aims to reach individuals and communities across the region to raise public awareness of Mental Health and aid the public in developing skills and knowledge around self-care, early intervention and prevention.
We want to increase public awareness of the distinction between mental wellbeing, mental ill health and mental illness
As always, we need your help. We would like to invite our partner organisations to get involved.
We need your help and support to get the message out in the Western Trust area.
