Our Health Improvement, Equality and Involvement Team in partnership with Trillick and Dromore GP Practice are hosting a Health and Wellbeing event in Dromore Sports Complex, 37 Omagh Road, Dromore, BT78 3AL on Monday 27 November 2023 from 3pm to 7pm.
Health and wellbeing information stands from community and voluntary organisations will be in attendance including Make the Call; Action Mental Health; Bradleys Pharmacy, Dromore; Dromore 2000 & Dromore Health & Wellbeing; South West Age Partnership, Fermanagh & Omagh District Council; Home Start, Omagh; South West Regional College; Be Friend Hub, Omagh; Dementia advisory Alzheimer’s Society, Omagh; Social prescribing Omagh; Care for Cancer; Cancer Focus NI; Cause advocate and PIP Suicide counselling service and more.
There will also be a number of Western Trust services including Sensory Support; Health Visiting; Social Work Primary Care Multi-disciplinary Team, Trillick and Dromore; Smoking Cessation; Carers Support Team and CAMHS emotional wellbeing service.
As part of the Farm Families Health Checks Programme the Western Trust are delighted to have the Farm Families Health Check available on the day (from 3pm to 9pm) with limited spots available which need to be booked in advance.
