Director of Planning, Performance & Corporate Services
Teresa Molloy has an academic background in Business Administration, Accountancy and Operations Management. Her career spans over 30 years, with a mix of private and public sector experience.
Teresa spent 13 years at Short Brothers PLC, Defence Systems Division, Her various roles over that period spanned the sourcing, commercial contracting and supply change management of defence equipment globally.
Teresa Joined the public sector in 1999, appointed as Director of the Regional Supplies Service, providing logistics services and procurement services to HSC. She became Director of Operations for the Business Services Organisation when it was established in April 2009, responsible for shared and professional services to HSC Trusts and primary care contractors.
In 2013 Teresa joined the Western HSC Trust, as the Director of Planning, Performance and Corporate Services.
In this role she is responsible for safe and effective operation of a range of major corporate services, including all Facilities and Site Management, the contract management of the South West Acute Hospital PFI, and Trust-wide Digital Services, Information Security, and Corporate Communications.
She leads the Trust’s corporate and strategic planning, revenue investment and performance management processes, reporting directly to the Trust Board.
Teresa has supported and led a number of critical delivery and reform programmes throughout her career. She led the Covid vaccination programme in the West, and was the Senior Responsible Officer for the implementation of the encompass Electronic Care Record in the Western Trust, successfully completing roll out in May 2025.
