Executive Director of Finance, Contracts & Capital Development
Eimear McCauley is Executive Director of Finance, Contracts and Capital Development at the Western Health and Social Care Trust. Appointed in June 2022, she is responsible for leading financial strategy, capital investment, and contract and commissioning functions across the organisation.
With over 20 years’ experience in health and social care and earlier experience in the private sector, Eimear brings extensive expertise in financial governance, service commissioning, and strategic resource management.
She previously served as Assistant Director of Financial Accounts and Contracts and has held a range of senior finance roles within the Trust and the former Western Health and Social Services Board, including Senior Financial Management Accountant and Senior Commissioning Accountant for Social Care Services. Earlier in her career, she was Financial Accountant for Foyle Trust.
