Why did you choose to work in the HSC?
I have always enjoyed working in Care. I began in private homes and wanted to get involved with Young Adults and try and help make changes.
Describe what you do?
I currently undertake a number of roles, but at present i have help set up a new Unit taking the Lead , training a team of staff on how to work with a service user with additional needs and managing and supporting Autism.
What do you enjoy most about your role?
Meeting new people and making a difference in the life of our service users.
