The Radiotherapy Department at our North West Cancer Centre (NWCC) is keen to hear from patients / users of its service. If you have completed Radiotherapy from September 2023 at the NWCC the Radiotherapy Team would like feedback on your experience. The Team have developed the survey with input from service users and Ulster University Radiotherapy staff. It will aim to understand where care is working well, what is important to you, and how the service can be improved.
The survey takes approximately ten minutes to complete and its focus is on patient’s experience not medical outcomes. The survey is completely anonymous and no personal details is required to complete the it. The Survey will help the Radiotherapy Team understand the relationship between expectations and care received.
