Age Friendly Causeway Coast & Glens and the Western Trust Health Improvement, Equality and Improvement Department have teamed up to bring you a ‘Keeping Well in Winter’ event for older people as part of Positive Ageing Month (October 2026).
As the colder months approach, it’s important to look after your health, wellbeing and home – and know where to go for support when you need it.
Come along for a friendly morning with:
- Health checks and wellbeing advice
- Information to help you stay safe and warm at home
- Advice and support from local services
- An opportunity to meet organisations and find out what support is available locally
Whether you want to get a quick health check, pick up some useful information, or simply have a chat and find out what support is available, you’ll be very welcome.
