The South West Acute Hospital is located to the north of Enniskillen. The site is at Wolfe Lough, off the main A32 Enniskillen to Omagh Road and approximately 1 mile from Enniskillen town.
Public Transport
- The 397A Translink service offers 7 services, Monday – Friday and 6 services on a Saturday. Starting from Enniskillen Bus Centre, the route goes via Down Street and the Cornagrade Road to the South West Acute Hospital and then returns to the Bus Centre via the Cornagrade Road. The service starts at 8.40am, arriving at the South West Acute Hospital at 8.50am, and the last pick up from the South West Acute Hospital is at 17.11pm, arriving at the Bus Centre at 17.34pm.
- Service 94 also offers services from the hospital site to and from Enniskillen bus depot and to and from Omagh.
- Service 194 also offers services from the hospital site to and from Enniskillen bus depot and to and from Belleek/Pettigo.

Car Parking
There are a total of 990 spaces over 11 car park areas at the hospital. There are 847 free spaces and 143 chargeable. There is 100 within the two tier car park and 43 with the Emergency department car park.
There are pay stations located at both the main entrance and at the Emergency department- you must pay BEFORE you return to your car.
Concessionary Parking and Car Park Control Measures
Patients with specific acute conditions, who are required to attend the hospital on a regular basis shall, during their period of treatment be entitled to free parking on site. Free car parking will be issued to anyone who meets the eligibility criteria.
