Recently staff in our Fresh Focus Day Opportunities service arranged a special surprise for the service users to mark Learning Disability Awareness Week and to thank them for the great work they are doing during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Local Country music star Derek Ryan who is a favourite singer for many of the service users, treated everyone to a wonderful performance.
There were bales of hay, and a country theme event with all the service users and staff getting into the spirit by dressing up in their best country attire. Despite the weather everyone had a great time dancing and singing with Derek and his bandmate Edna.
