As part of Positive Ageing Month in October, the Western Trust and Glendermott Medical Practice Social Work Team in collaboration with Derry City and Strabane District Council are delighted to announce a “Chat-Tea Ball” event.
The overall aim is to provide an opportunity to bring people together through connection and engaging with other older people to target social isolation, loneliness or limited connections. It will focus on strengthening connections within the community with the aim to improving overall health & well-being.
This is open to people 50 years plus from the City to meet new people and the opportunity to chat and connect with others. So dust off the dancing shoes and joins us for a night of fun.
