Overview
Health and care is changing. More care is happening in our communities and at home, the use of digital tools is growing and people are becoming more involved in managing their own health.
Fermanagh and West Tyrone has an opportunity for services to work in partnership with communities to design a health and care system that feels safe, modern and built around the lives of the people who use it.
The questions that follow describe possible future health and care scenarios. For each one, we would like to understand what would help it work well for you and what might make it feel difficult. Please answer based on your own experience.
All responses are anonymous and will only be used to help shape the future of health and care in this area.
