The Adult Learning Disability Transition Team were successful in the regional Dragon’s Den Competition 2019. The Transition team won funds to create a media piece centred around young people and their views of transition.
The media piece was created in partnership with ‘Tuned In’, a local Day Opportunity Provider and reflects the views and feelings of young people who have been through the Transition process.
