Our Carers Support Team in partnership with GP Practices Multidisciplinary Social Work Teams are excited to announce that we are launching our second carers hub which will be in the Fermanagh-Omagh area.
Geraldine McLaughlin, Carers Coordinator at the Western Trust explains:
“The aim of the Carer’s Hub is to provide unpaid carers with a place they can come on a monthly basis with any concerns they may have on a range of issues regarding their caring role.
“We want carers to be involved in the shaping of this hub from the very outset, so we would invite all carers from the Fermanagh/Omagh area to get in touch with us and let us know where you would like to see the hub located, what time and day would suit you best and what type of activity or training you would like to see in the hub.
