On Thursday 10 April 2025, the Western Trust hosted its 30-Day encompass Go-Live Readiness Assessment at Trust Headquarters—marking a significant milestone in our countdown to encompass Go-Live.
We were pleased to welcome colleagues from the regional encompass team, Epic, the encompass PMO, and members of our Corporate and Senior Management Teams. East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust were also in attendance to gather some important learning to take away to their own Go-Live. The session provided a vital opportunity to review our final preparations, assess any remaining risks, and ensure alignment across all workstreams as we approach the final stretch.
With just one month to go, the energy and commitment across teams is clear. Thank you to everyone involved for your continued focus and hard work as we move closer to delivering this transformative digital change across health and social care.
